WHO IS THIS FOR?

IS THIS A COMMUNITY OR A COURSE?
Both — and that's the point. The Embodied Entrepreneur is a self-directed course. The Trust Community is the room where you deepen your learning and find ongoing support. You can't buy one without the other; they're designed to work together. This community was designed to be a safe space to explore this soul-led work.
HOW LONG WILL THE COURSE TAKE ME TO COMPLETE?
That’s really up to you. I have designed a detailed self-paced course curriculum that you work through in your own time. Some people complete it in 30 days, but most people spend between 3 and 6 months with the content.
HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM OTHER BUSINESS COACHING PROGRAMS?
Most business coaching works from the top down. More strategy, more industry best practices, more cookie-cutter systems. This starts with you, your body, your nervous system. You’ll learn why you keep doing what you do, even when you know better. That changes everything downstream.
HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM PRIVATE COACHING WITH LINDSAY?
Private coaching is a deeper, faster, custom container. The Trust Community is a shared room that costs less and moves at the pace of a peer cohort. The Embodied Entrepreneur™ gives you self-guided access to the same framework Lindsay uses in her private coaching.
WHAT IF I’M NOT COMFORTABLE IN GROUP SESSIONS?
I get it, sometimes group calls are too much for me as well. That’s why we’ve created 4 different types of calls for you to explore. I’d recommend starting with the co-regulation call. That’s where we practice regulation techniques in a safe group environment. Slowly work your way into other sessions when you feel ready.
IS IT SELF-PACED OR LIVE?
Both - You move at your own pace through the course. There are ongoing monthly live calls within the community to deepen your learning and create meaningful connections with like-minded colleagues. Our goal is to host an in-person community event for those who are interested in 2027. Think
